We are looking for able-bodied clam diggers (or mussel suckers) to help deliver oyster and clam shells collected from City Island Shell Collective partners to our curing station at Pelham Bay Landfill. Although the work does not take long, it can be strenuous and a little dirty at times. Our shell collection work is done in concert with the Billion Oyster Project Shell Collection Network. Meet at the northwest corner of Buckley Street and City Island Avenue.
